Hi could you please tell me if the size 4 needles for the cute bunny and bear are US size or in MM UK sizes, can’t wait to knit them for my new niece and nephew twins arrivals
On the rabbit and bear pattern there is no instructions for the left front of the jacket. On side B of the head it should say on row 11 cast off 8 sts and P to end.
Please send me the patterns ,love the rabbit clothes & the rabbits them self ‘s.
I have never sent an email before hope this is right? Thank you.

Hi
Such a cute couple. I would love to make those for our new born grandkids. Would you be willing to send me the patterns of both the animals and the clothing? Thank you so much. Wishing you a very blessed Christmas time with family and loved ones. Warm greetings Coraline
Thank you so much for these lovely patterns they have made my 5 grandchildren very happy. Also doing the projects has saved my sanity in this current situation. God Bless you 🙏🏼 Many thanks for sharing all your hard work.
Hi, I just want to tell you how beautiful these patterns turn out. I have now knitted 6 rabbits in various colours (depending on what colour is each granddaughter’s favourite) and they have all turned out beautifully. The only item of clothing I haven’t done is the hooded jacket, but each item of clothing I have knitted looks so cute on the rabbits, I just want to squeeze them. The grandchildren love them. Thank you so much for putting so much work into the patterns and giving so much joy to my little girls
Hi I cant seem to get the pattern to the bear and rabbit. I dont have a link to open it. Would appreciate it if you could please send me a copy. Thank you Danielle
Did yo look at the pattern it’s the same for the bear & rabbit it has specific instructions for the ears both bunny & bear they are the only thing that’s different to knit 😊💖
Avril, thank you (all the way from South Africa) so much for your rabbit and bear patterns. I don’t consider myself to be the most expert knitter in the world, but I am ecstatic about the outcome – I have knitted the rabbit and have made the clothes sets in three different colours. I am going to do the bear now – thank you once again for the easy to follow patterns. Wish I could send you a pic of my bunny! This is all for my three year old granddaughter in Australia. xo
Hi liz
I have èn trying different ways of retrieving this pattern and unsuccessful. What did you do or where did you go to download it?
I’m also here in SA…
Hi, I clicked on the picture and it downloaded the pattern straight away. Please check your acrobat reader or Adobe acrobat files. Maybe it is sitting there and you did not notice.
Thanks you for the rabbit and bear patterns…. I have run into difficulty trying to work out how to attach the head to the body. The instructions are a little vague. Any additional instructions would help. Thanking you in advance
how do you leave a reply in your own right ? cant find it anywhere. that’s why I’ve replied to your question. did you sort the head out? I just pinned mine onto the body and attached by mattress stitch.
Thank you for sharing the rabbit and bear pattern – love it and can’t wait to get started. What size are they from head to toe, please? I’ve seen a few people ask but can’t see a response in the comments. Thank you in advance.
Hi there I’m new to all this and have been trying for some time to get the knitted bunny pattern. Have tried all the promos/tips but no luck! Is there any chance that you could pass it on to me. Many thanks.
Hi there! Just wanted to say thank you for sharing this pattern. I taught myself to knit this past winter and the rabbit was my second project. I found your directions really easy to follow and was so happy with the resulting birthday gift for a sweet little 4 year old. Thank you again!
Please allow me to have the rabbit and bear patterns. I have tried to download them from pinterest and all I get is the pictures! If you are sellibg the pattern please give me a way to contact you as I would like to make them for my new grandson due in April 2016. I was going to order fingering weight yarn but not even sure that would be correct!
From the patterns and Tutorials page click on the picture of the pattern you want and it will take you to that pattern or tutorial. I used worsted weight but you can use any size just adjust your needles accordingly. You will also need to use the same size yarn for both the animals and clothes. Good luck.
I have tried and tried to get the bunny patter to load… seems to just go to pictures and stops ☹️ I’d love to make these. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks😀
Hi I am very interested in your free pattern of baby rabbit toy that is posted on Pinterest! I have been looking for a sweet bunny pattern with a sweater and pants ! Yours fits! Its adorable and I would love to make one for my new grandchild due in April of 2016! Would you send me the complete pattern, please! Thank you in advance!!!
I’m trying to pull up the pattern for the knitted animals but nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong, or is this something that needs to be emailed?
Thank you for the zippered bag instructions. I haven’t sewn one, but I read through your instructions. Your instructions read: “Cut your zipper 1 inch larger than the actual zipper. I used a 7 inch zipper and trimmed mine to 8 inches.” Do you mean to use a 9 inch zipper and trim it to 8 inches — the same width of your 8-inch quilt blocks?
Hello. Thank you so much for the beautiful rabbit pattern. I just have one question, on the eyelit dress it says k2, yo – please could you tell me what yo is? Sorry if this is a very basic question! Thanks
I am knitting the Teddy Bear (very cute!) and need help with the legs.
I have 27 stitches on my needle. Line 11 states “K7, cast off next 13 sts, K to end”. This means I knit 7 stitches, cast off 13, and knit 7 additional stitches.
Are the instructions for rows 12 to 23 for the 7 stitches after the cast off stitches? if so, what happens to the first 7 stitches. Are the instructions for both sets of 7 stitches? If so, how do I carry the yarn across the cast-off stitches? Thanks.

I’m having trouble figuring out how I’m supposed to sew the rabbit together. I just finished the head piece and have no clue how I’m supposed to sew it all together. Please help. Thank you love the pattern by the way.
I found the head gusset did not reach down to the base of the neck, so I sewed it onto the sides of the head as far as it would go, this would then bring together the two side pieces. I continued sewing the two side pieces to the nape of the neck and then cast off. Hope this helps, let me know if it doesn’t and I’ll try and explain with pictures.
I just finished the rabbit and bear duo..loved doing it. I thought I might use the overall pattern and make pants for under the little dress. My mind is flying at all the combinations! Thanks for putting this together. You attention to detail is wonderful and the patterns are very specific. It wasn’t hard to figure out the left side of the jacket once I got going. Thanks for all your efforts.
Just coming to the end of knitting the rabbit for my grandson for Easter, but the instructions for the left hand side of jacket is missing. I noticed some one else as mentioned this but I still can’t find I to the post you suggested .Thankyou so much for publishing these patterns and sharing them .

Good luck for the next!
The rabbit and bear are very cute, I made some and gave to some random kids also to my grandchildren. When I came to knitting the clothes I found the jacket front left was missing from the pattern.
These are so cute, have to see if my daughter can copy pattern for me. I started making dolls when Katrina hit and have been making them ever since. I have made over 2000 of them, plus hand puppets, balls, that are crocheted. and send them in Shoe Boxes at Christmas time all over the world. Also have a friend in Haiti who is running a Christian school and has taken in over 25 children into her home since the earthquake hit. She is a great blessing to all who know her.
i have just finished the head of the rabbit, but for the life of me cannot figure out how to sew it together. It would be so helpful to have a diagram as to how to do this. Thank you so much for these patterns. They are adorable. i am making them for donation.
Like Marie Madjar, I’m having trouble with the head assembly. Might you- or someone who has mastered the pattern–provide some clarification? Thank you for any help you can provide.
Judy
P.S. I’ve looked on Ravelry and have found no helpful comments there either.

Hello. I love the rabbit and her lovely wardrobe of clothes that i have knitted. I am now stitching them together and i am having trouble fitting the gusset onto the two head pieces. Do i need to sew up the back of the head as well as the front piece between the head and the nose before inserting the gusset? Many thanks Nicola
Knitting the rabbit!!! Done the head, the ears, the body and one leg! Super excited as already I can see the little body emerging…being a non-knitter, I am doing this with two plasters on my fingers and with very careful counting! :-). However couldn’t wait to come home from work to carry on! I am going to turn her into a gauze tut wearing ballerina bunny! Thanks so much

Thank you for these beautiful patterns. I’m knitting 4 sets for my daughter in law as 4 of her friends are pregnant. They turn out really well in finer yarn on finer pins.
Congratulations on the birth of your son, he’s gorgeous.
Hello, I was wondering if there is a revision for the Mary Jane Booties, I am at about row 25 but I have stitches on both needles and this is my second try – I must be doing something wrong.
I am sorry that your having trouble with the pattern. Honestly, I don’t think I could help you and no there is not a revision for this pattern. I have not made these booties since my little girl was a baby and now she is 6. My suggestion is to look on Ravelry and see if anyone has any notes about the booties. Or you could message someone who has recently completed a pair.
thank you so much for these fabulous patterns! i am having fun making the rabbit. i am making the jacket hoodie for a stuffed pig and do not see the left front in the pattern. am i missing something? is it staring me in the face? thank you so much for your help! rachel
The instructions for the front left of the jacket can be found on this post.https://bysmallmeans.wordpress.com/2012/03/18/i-almost-cried/ I will try and update the pdf soon. Thanks for your patience.
Hi I am having a problem with the head of the rabbit. Help me please, I did the two peices and the gusset, I did sew them together, but there is no back of the head. If I just sew them all together in the back, it does not fit right and is too small. What am I doing wrong. Please help Judy Frizell judy.frizell@gmail.com

Thank you for these beautiful patterns. I’m knitting 4 sets for my daughter in law as 4 of her friends are pregnant. They turn out really well in finer yarn on finer pins.
Congratulations on the birth of your son, he’s gorgeous.
Love the Rabbit and Teddy pattern i will enjoy making them

Hello, I was wondering if there is a revision for the Mary Jane Booties, I am at about row 25 but I have stitches on both needles and this is my second try – I must be doing something wrong.
Thanks
JoAnn,
I am sorry that your having trouble with the pattern. Honestly, I don’t think I could help you and no there is not a revision for this pattern. I have not made these booties since my little girl was a baby and now she is 6. My suggestion is to look on Ravelry and see if anyone has any notes about the booties. Or you could message someone who has recently completed a pair.
Good Luck

Hi I am having a problem with the head of the rabbit. Help me please, I did the two peices and the gusset, I did sew them together, but there is no back of the head. If I just sew them all together in the back, it does not fit right and is too small. What am I doing wrong. Please help Judy Frizell

thank you.
I love the pattern and have knitted the two sides and gusset but can’t figure out how they go together. Please help.
The rabbit and bear are fabulous!
